The official portal president-ksgov.net is the primary digital channel of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo. SPINP designed and developed the website and continues to operate it end-to-end: content architecture, design system, performance, security hardening, hosting, and 24/7 technical maintenance. Our goal is simple—make official information easy to find, fast to load, secure to access, and reliable during high-traffic moments.

- CDN + Caching: Edge caching, HTTP/2/3, and smart cache busting for fast page loads worldwide.
- Hardening: WAF rules, TLS/HTTPS everywhere, secure headers, bot filtering, and two-factor/SSO options for admins.
- Least-Privilege Access: Role-based permissions for editors and technical staff; audit logs for all critical actions.
- Backups & Recovery: Daily offsite backups, point-in-time restore, and tested recovery playbooks.
