Which tech stacks do you support?

How do you ensure code quality and security?
Automated tests, code reviews, dependency scanning, and CI/CD pipelines are standard. We design with least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, and secure headers. Staging mirrors production for safe testing before go-live.
Can you connect our systems (CRM, billing, support, identity)?
Yes—this is a core service. We build reliable integrations with idempotent endpoints, retry logic, and monitoring. Typical flows include customer sync, invoice/payment updates, SSO/2FA, ticket creation, and analytics events.
What happens after launch?
We offer maintenance and enhancement sprints. You’ll have an SLA for bugs, routine updates, performance checks, and feature requests—with a roadmap session to align improvements to business goals.

What modules can we start with?
You can begin with any mix of Finance, HR, Sales/CRM-light, Inventory/Warehouse, Projects & Tasks, Support, and Contracts. Most teams start with 1–2 modules, validate value, then expand. Everything is role-based so users only see what they need.
How hard is data migration?
We provide clean import templates (CSV/Excel) and run a guided “parallel run” to verify numbers before switching over. Typical migrations include customers, products, balances, employees, and open documents with checks for duplicates and formatting.
Can SPINP ERP integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. We use REST/Webhooks and scheduled jobs to sync with accounting, CRM, payment gateways, email, and BI tools. Integrations are logged with retries and audit trails, so you can trust the data path and troubleshoot quickly if needed.
What reporting is available out of the box?
Dashboards for revenue, DSO, pipeline, stock levels, utilization, and SLAs—plus operational reports with filters and exports. If you need advanced BI, we’ll expose datasets or connect to your warehouse.

Choose SPINP Cloud (99.9% uptime SLA) or your own cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Either way, we manage provisioning, security hardening, monitoring, backups, and releases. You keep ownership of your data and can export anytime.
What backups and recovery options do we have?
Automated backups and point-in-time restore for databases; versioned assets stored offsite. We also test restores so recovery is predictable. RPO/RTO targets are documented in your SLA.
